All Walters Apartments communities have a strict no pet policy. Service animals are permitted with documentation consistent with ADA requirements.
Cornerstone at Montvale and The Landing at Poplar Grove are the only Walters Apartments communities that are the exceptions to our Pet Policy. Cornerstone at Montvale and The Landing at Poplar Grove allow pets, restrictions and fees apply.
